• How can I make a purchase?

You can purchase directly from our website by navigating and clicking on the product you want. After you add the product to your cart,
you’ll be asked to pay by credit card.

• Do I need to set up an account to place an order?

No, you don’t need any membership/account to place an order.

• How long does the delivery take?

Products are shipped within 2 business days once payment is completed. The delivery usually takes 7-15 business days. We’ll be emailing you a shipping tracking code when your product is shipped which will allow you to track down the status of your delivery.

• Where can you ship to?

We ship from Istanbul, Turkey to the world!

• What I want to purchase is out of stock, will it be in stock soon?

If you contact us about which product you want, we would be glad to help you out.

• Can I change, cancel, or amend my order once it has been placed?

If you can contact us, before we fulfill the order we would definitely love to help you and amend or cancel your order.

• Can I track my order? How can I track my order?

All items are shipped via PTT First Class Mail (Turkish Local Postage Service) with a tracking number. After we fulfill your order and give the package to the carrier, we will be emailing you a tracking code. You will be able to track the status of your shipment with that code.

• Can I refund or exchange my purchase? What do I need to know?

We will provide you with a refund/exchange on full-priced items.
