We ship from Istanbul, Turkey to the world!

All items are shipped via PTT First Class Mail (Turkish Local Postage Service) with a tracking number.

Ready-to-ship items are shipped within 2 business days once payment is completed. Except MADE to ORDER items which require 10-15 business days.
If you need priority shipping, please contact us before purchase and we will work out a plan that works for both of us.
Even it does not happen often, packages are occasionally delayed by customs, this is out of our control and we request that you factor this eventuality into the delivery time.

Duty/Import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

We do not refund for lost or stolen packages.

We are not responsible for items not received due to an incorrect address. Please make sure your shipping address is correct.

• REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

We will provide you with a refund/exchange on full-priced items if:
• The items are in original condition, with all tags attached
• The items have not been worn, damaged or washed
• You notify us and return the items within 7 days of receipt
• The items are faulty
• The items received are different from the goods you have ordered

Please remember that all of our pajamas are handmade. If you have any major problems with your goods please send e-mail your order number and reason for refund/exchange to hello@poplinhomewear.com

We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning your order to ensure safe and documented delivery, as Poplin takes no responsibility in tracking your return. Please allow 10 business days to ensure that your refund is credited. You will be notified by e-mail when your return package is received and your refund has been processed. You will be refunded the total amount of goods ordered. Shipping fees will not be refunded.

ALL discounted items are final sale.

We are not able to offer direct exchanges as our inventory is usually limited. If the style or size you are wanting to exchange is not currently in stock please let us know.

Please ensure you read all sizing info carefully before making your purchase and get in touch with us if you need any more info about the garment or if you are unsure of your size.

If your products have seam failure or damaged in the postal system etc. please let us know. We’ll do our best.

The shipping costs incurred for returning your items to Poplin for exchange or refund are at your own expense.
